About Daryl Ullman

Daryl Ullman is an experienced negotiator and has worked on hundreds of complicated multinational and multicultural trade negotiations, while writing 'Negotiating with Microsoft’, the first book to address how to negotiate with a software giant and win, regardless of company size. Apart from being a graduate of Harvard University's Negotiation and Leadership Executive Program, it should be noted that he is an active partner of SAMexpert, founder of Ullman Negotiation Consulting, and member of the advisory board of BWG Strategy

As a professional negotiator, Daryl trains his teams to negotiate, watches as the negotiations develop, alerts his team to potential pitfalls, and encourages them not to seek the quickest or easiest deal but the best one. In addition to training and coaching sales teams, Daryl continues to fulfill his role as a negotiation consultant for companies nationally and internationally.

Daryl holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from the University of West London, and an MSc in Management and Information Systems from the New York University Tandon School of Engineering.
